| Thermo Controls: End of Line Testing Machines / equipments are manufactured with very Higher End CNC Cards from National Instruments. The machine can test current, voltage, shocks, Wave forms & all electronics measuring parameters .The machine can do the verification testing, Go Nogo Criteria of the component & with the help of self developed software it gives results up to Accepted or Rejected component. Car AC panels CAR AC panels developed by BHTC are tested by CNC Equipments, which are manufactured with very Higher End CNC Cards from National Instruments. The equipments tests current, variable currents, voltages, variable voltages, quicent current, Differcial voltage, end limits positions through sensors, job in place. The machine can do the verification testing , Go Nogo Criteria of the component & with the help of self developed software it gives results up to Accepted or Rejected component. The tests get completed within 1 min. Brakes End of Line Testing Machines / equipments are manufactured with very Higher End CNC Cards from National Instruments. The machine can test shocks , sermo motor contols , pneumatic pressures & all electronics measuring parameters .The machine can do the verification testing , Go Nogo Criteria of the component & with the help of self developed software . Plastic components End of Line Testing Machines / equipments for plastic components are manufactured with very Higher End CNC Cards from National Instruments. The machine can test Job in place , Holes with help of optical sensors & all electronics measuring parameters .The machine can do the verification testing , Go Nogo Criteria of the component & with the help of self developed software . Starter Motors End of Line Testing Machines / equipments are manufactured with very Higher End CNC Cards from National Instruments. The machine can test current , voltage , shocks , Wave forms & all electronics measuring parameters .The machine can do the verification testing , Go Nogo Criteria of the component & with the help of self developed software it gives results upto Accepted or Rejected component. Machine can test the solenoid Endurance & No load conditions of the starter motors also. |
